Brand Identity

Situation:

PM Realty needed a unique identity for its new Dallas Design District high-rise. Our goal: Create a brand that would convince young urban professionals to move to a luxury property in an up-and-coming area. So that’s exactly what we did. All elements, especially the HL monogram, exude an exclusive, high-class 1940s-era style as sleek and sophisticated as the space they represent.

From logo design to stationery to building signage, we developed a complete suite of promotional materials that established 1400 Hi Line as a place where the eclectic could live a life of their own design.
